The candidate should be a citizen of India and a resident of Bihar state to apply for BPSC Headmaster Recruitment 2022. Other Eligibility Criteria required as discussed below-

1. The applicant must have completed their post-graduation with at least 50% marks from a recognised university/institution.

3. Holding a minimum of 08 years of continuous service on the post of Senior Secondary Teacher in State Govemment School under Panchayati Raj Institution or Municipal Body Institution.
4. Holding a minimum of 10 years of continuous service on the post of Senior Secondary Teacher in School having permanent affiliation from C.B.S.M.C.S.E./ B.S.E.B.

BPSC Headmaster Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

The candidates will be selected through their performance in the written test which will be conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the written test. There will be no interview round for BPSC Headmaster Recruitment 2022. 

BPSC Headmaster Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for BPSC Headmaster Exam is discussed below- 

1. The exam will be OMR based and includes 150 questions for 150 marks.
2. The duration to complete the written test is 2 hours (120 minutes).
3. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for incorrect responses.

BPSC Headmaster Salary 

The pay scale for the post of the School Headmaster is Rs. 35000/- per month. The government of the state will also pay other allowances from time to time.
