• The OICL AO Prelims Exam 2025 consists of 100 questions for 100 marks.
• 20 marks will be allocated for each section; candidates will only get 60 total minutes to complete the paper.
• For every wrong answer, there will be a 0.25 negative marking.
• The exam will be an objective type.

• The OICL AO Mains Exam 2025 consists of 200 questions for 200 marks.
• Candidates will get a total of 150 minutes to solve the paper.

OICL AO 2025 Salary

As per the notification, Basic Pay of Rs 50925/- in the scale of Rs 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and other admissible allowance as applicable is given to the Employees of OICL for the Administrative Officer Post. At present, total emoluments will be approximately Rs 85000/- p.m. in the metropolitan centers. Other benefits, such as pension under the New Pension System Governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc., shall be as per the rules. The officers are also entitled to the company's / leased accommodation as per the norms.

OICL AO Employee Bond

1. You must give an undertaking to serve 4 years (including probation).
2. Resigning before 4 years → pay 1 year’s gross salary as liquidated damages (may reduce based on length of service).
3. A Bond + 2 sureties (not blood relatives) must be submitted for an amount equal to 1 year’s gross salary.
4. If you resign during probation or your service is terminated → You must return all salary received and Rs. 40,000 towards training cost.
5. Previous employer’s bond/lien is not applicable.
6. No leave salary or pension contribution will be paid.
