BOB SO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

The candidates have to appear in three stages to getting shortlisted for the posts of Specialist Officer in Bank of Baroda- i.e. an online test (for positions in MMG/S-II & MMG/S-III only), a psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable, Group Discussion and/or Interview round. 

Bank of Baroda SO Exam Pattern 2022

1. There will be 4 sections- Reasoning, English, Quantitative, and Professional Knowledge. 

2. The sections except for the test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.

3. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the sections would be 40% for General Category and 35% for Reserved Category.

4. Marks scored in Professional Knowledge shall be reckoned for shortlisting the candidates for participation in the further selection process and drawing the rank list.

5. There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
