Steps to Apply for APSC Combined Competitive Examination
Candidates who want to apply for the APSC CCE Exam must follow these steps-
- Visit the official website of Assam Public Service Commission.
- On the home page. click on the link “Online Recruitment Portal”
- After clicking, scroll down the page and click on the Register Tab to start the registration process
- Enter your personal details, name, mobile, email and other required details.
- After filling out these details, click to generate One time Password (OTP).
- Enter the OTP and complete the registration process.
- When your registration is completed, you can log in to the portal using your email and password.
- Now fill all the details such as, educational. personal and upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fees and save your application for future use.
APSC CCE 2025 Eligibility
Applicants should thoroughly check the eligibility requirements to ensure they qualify before proceeding with their applications as APSC has set specific eligibility criteria for the CCE exam which include age limits, nationality, and education qualification. APSC CCE has certain criteria for the candidates such as , they must have nationality of India, graduation degree holders and being between the ages of 21 to 38 years.
Education Qualification- Candidates must be graduated degree holders and qualifications vary from post to post.
Age Limit- The age limit set by the APSC is 21 to 38 years, the candidates between this age group can apply.
Age Relaxation- candidates from reserved categories are granted an age relaxation like 41 years for OBC, 43 years for SC/ST, and 48 for PWD.
Nationality- The candidate must hold citizenship of India only.

APSC CCE 2025 Exam Pattern
- The prelims exam is an objective-type exam
- The exam consists of two papers; General Studies-I and General Studies-II
- The duration of each paper is 2 hours
- The marks obtained in the prelims are not counted for final selection but are considered for shortlisting candidates for the mains exam.
