Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has set a two-stage selection process for this recruitment. Candidates aspiring to get selected are to first appear for a written exam.   1. Written examination: This is the first stage of the selection process, which is conducted in an objective format. Candidates must qualify at this stage to move to the next recruitment stage. Marks obtained in this stage determine the final merit of the candidate.
  2. Document Verification: In this stage, candidates need to get their educational and category certificates, age proof, local residence certificate, and photo-ID proof verified.

Candidates preparing for the APPSC AEE written exam must understand the structure of the exam. The written exam has three papers: General Studies & Mental Ability, Civil & Mechanical (Common Paper), and Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. APPSC AEE Exam Pattern 2026 is discussed below:
